They also have a long track record of working in high-pressure, regulated environments, where services must be delivered to strict quality guidelines. The care homes and hospitals where we work, in long-term partnership with the NHS, score very highly in the annual NHS Patient Environment Action Teams (PEAT) assessments.
To maintain these high levels of performance we continually invest in staff training and development to ensure they meet relevant Health and Safety Executive (HSE) codes of practice. We use a rigorous employment process to check staff hold the correct qualifications and hold regular reviews to identify any on-going training requirements.
