Edinburgh’s newest and finest care home, Cramond Residence has appointed Eileen Gray as general manager.
With over 20 years of experience, Eileen is well established in the care industry. Most recently she held the post of operations manager with Renaissance Care where she was responsible for 250 beds across six care homes in Scotland. In her previous role she was instrumental in implementing several training programmes and ensuring the highest standard of care was met by her staff.
Welcoming Eileen to the team, Graeme Kelly, director at Walker Healthcare, said: “Eileen’s wealth of experience in the care industry is second to none and she is a great addition to the team. We have designed the Cramond Residence to promote individualised care where wellbeing will be at the heart of all that we offer. Eileen will be invaluable in developing what will be Edinburgh’s finest care home”
A dementia specialist, Eileen managed a Dementia Unit which went on to win the Dementia Service of the year in 2009 and she was asked to present at the Dementia Congress the following year.
Already an invaluable member of Walker Healthcare team, Eileen has helped to develop a vision and ethos for Cramond Residence to set it apart from other providers.
